Strength Series

Stretches are crucial to healing the TFCC as these muscles have contracted due to the injury and need to be stretched before strengthened. These exercise are important for triangular fibrocartilage complex rehabilitation. Weight Bearing Test results must be greater than 60lbs/27kg for this series to be effective.

 

Subscapularis

This exercise is part of the TFCC strengthening program. It is difficult for most people to do, but an important component to triangular fibrocartilage complex recovery.

 

Rotator Cuff

 

Triceps

Tricep weakness is common in triangular fibrocartilage complex injuries. Stretch and strengthen triceps to create a balanced arm and help the wrist heal.
